This policy explains how CALLCO handles information in connection with its B2B outbound prospecting, cold calling and appointment-setting services.
Information we collect
We collect business contact information you provide through our enquiry form, including name, company, email, phone, website and details about your target market.
In delivering campaigns we also handle business contact information relating to prospects, such as company name, job title, business phone number and business email address.
How we use information
Client information is used to assess campaign fit, deliver outbound services, report on activity and communicate with you.
Prospect information is used solely to conduct outbound business-to-business prospecting on behalf of the relevant client.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers who support delivery of our services, such as CRM, calendar and communication platforms, and where required by law.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Information is retained only as long as required for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.
Direct marketing and opt-out
Prospects contacted as part of a campaign may request removal from a calling or emailing list at any time, and that request is actioned.
